CANCELLATION POLICY
Please respect my time and the time of other clients by reviewing the following policies: • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your appointment. • Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a 30% inconvenience fee. • Same-day cancellations will also be charged a 30% inconvenience fee. • No-call / no-shows will be charged 100% of the service total and will result in being blocked from booking future appointments. • Late arrivals: There is a 15-minute grace period. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be canceled to maintain service quality, and a 30% inconvenience fee will apply.
